A new take on macaroni and cheese... with sundried tomatoes!

Our Chef Kerry is back, this time with an easy and quick to make macaroni and cheese recipe that whould not take more than 15 minutes to prepare, once you have your ingredients ready...


Ingredients for four guests:

Sundried Tomatoes Macaroni with cheese



* 2 cups dry macaroni elbows pasta
* 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
* 8-10 sun dried tomato strips with their oil
* Half a teaspoon minced garlic
* Half a medium size onion, chopped up
* 1 lb. Medium sharp white cheddar, grated
* Tablespoon italian spice
* lots of pepper

Procedure:

1) In a pot with salty boiling water, boil the macaroni pasta until al dente.

2) Brown ground beef meat in a deep skillet, when done put in bowl on the side

3) Add onion, Sun dried tomato, Garlic to the same skillet and cook until the onions are translucent; put back the already cooked ground beef and add italian spices

4) by this time, macaroni pasta should be cooked, strain and rinse then add to skillet grate cheese and gradually add in skillet at medium high heat while mixing ...

5) Keep adding until cheese is all mixed in, and has melted...

And this is it... serve immediately...
